​Highlights of The Program
Joyfully Christmas! is a wonderful 40 (approx.) minute program chock full of the fun and excitement that earmark all of Mark Daniel's programs especially for kids  Pre-K through 5th Grade as well as for the entire family. You  will LOVE the storytelling, booktalking, magic tricks (illusions), puppetry and audience participation of  Joyfully Christmas!

"It Must Be a Charlie Brown Christmas" The Joy of Sharing and Giving.​
A wonderful and touching visit to the North Pole through imagination and visual storytelling/book talking, all aboard The Polar Express!

​​​With a little planning and promotion this is a wonderful experience. Add in some cookies and punch from Friends of the Library. Dress one of the dads as Santa to give out Candy Canes at the end. (Use someone you know and trust)
Perhaps you want to do a holiday book distribution to the kids or book drawing. All told you've got a fantastic evening!

 

Best Times for the Program- tied around community holiday events, weekends or dates after school has dismissed for break seem to work best.

Funding: Look to some of your funding sources from Summer reading - Friends group, sponsors, book sales, grants, etc..

Note- The show does have a fun Christmas holiday theme. Sometimes Joyfully Christmas! is presented in libraries in communities that can sometimes serve diverse religious preferences. The program does have universally recognized holiday icon references like Santa Claus, Snowmen, Christmas trees, Presents, etc... and is not religious in nature. (A version suitable for Churches is also avaialble.)
